Canon Awarded Gold Rating For Sustainability
Canon was recently awarded a gold rating from EcoVadis for sustainability, which puts them within the top 5% of companies assessed across a thorough criteria.

To decide company ratings, the EcoVadis CSP analysis system assesses 21 criteria across four themes of environment, fair labour practices, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. In order to achieve a rating, Canon submitted data relating to CSR practices across our business to support these themes.
“We are pleased to have been awarded a gold rating from EcoVadis for the fifth year in a row. Demonstrating why our customers and Partners can trust in our sustainability credentials”, commented Stuart Poore, EMEA Director of Sustainability and Government Affairs.
Their commitment to sustainability stems from their philosophy of Kyosei: living and working together for the common good ensuring they act as a responsible business in society and limit their impact on the environment. They continue to monitor and assess their environmental impact to identify ways to improve their sustainability performance across all areas of the business.
