About Highline
Highline Office Technology uses a remote support tool called AnyDesk.
These links are for our customers to download, so we can remote access onto your PC’s/Mac and carry out remote help.
The link for windows will download an EXE file to your PC and the link for Mac will download a DMG file to your Mac.
You will then be instructed by our technicians on how to allow access.
